Playing home to its king grape, Chasselas, the Canton boasts six wine regions \u2013 La C\u00f4te, Lavaux, Chablais, Bonvillars, Les C\u00f4tes de l\u2019Orbe and Vully \u2013 and eight designations of controlled origin (AOC) that testify to its rich wine-growing tradition. There are plenty of wine touristic experiences to be had in the region\u2019s spectacular landscapes, authentic villages, and welcoming wine estates: wine tasting, vineyard walks, encounters with winemakers, and gourmet breaks.
