Le "Central" Nocente

Le "Central" Nocente is an Italian restaurant in Vevey, which relies on cuisine from southern Italy to attract its customers.

Mr. Nocente and his wife Stefania, who was present when this project was already maturing in him for 3-4 years, decided to open a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, with the aim of introducing the general public to the flavours of southern Italy.

In its café restaurant, you can enjoy specialities such as orecchiette at the cime di rapa with fresh sausage with fennel; the famous Burratina of Apulia, the hot Calabrian salamis (schiacciata) and others. Come and discover this traditional restaurant with its Italian charm!
