Come and enjoy the authentic and creative cuisine of the Miroir d'Argentine restaurant, located in the heart of the Solalex mountain pasture.
Encricled by mountains, the Restaurant & Hotel Miroir d'Argentine is set in unique scenery. Unlike it's name, you won't find any South American specialities here - its name refers to the silver reflections of the smooth mountain wall that dominates scenery: Le Miroir d'Argentine.
The cuisine showcases local, seasonal produce, often exalting its simplicity, sometimes revisiting it, but always with the same passion.
On the 1st and 2nd floors of the Miroir d'Argentine are eight bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms and completely renovated in 2022. Beautifully decorated, each with its own character, they are ready to welcome you for an energising and rejuvenating stay, immersed in the heart of nature.
Practical informations
Access
- In winter: from December to April, the Solalex mountain pasture is not accessible by road. The road is closed for the winter season at Cergnement, where a large car park is available from 08:00 to 18:00 (closed at night to allow snow clearance). From there, you can reach Solalex on foot, cross-country skis, snowshoes, touring skis or snowmobiles (at an additional cost).
- In summer: from May to November, a lovely tarmac road takes you right up to the front of the establishment.

- "Bike Hotel" certification by Switzerland Tourism and Hôtellerie Suisse.
