Set at over 2,100 metres above sea level, at the top of the Grand Chamossaire chairlift, this extraordinary swing invites you to launch yourself facing one of the most stunning panoramas of the Alpes Vaudoises. From the very first swings, the sensation of height blends with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
Accessible to all, the experience adapts to your mood: gentle and contemplative or boldly adventurous, with an inclination of up to 90° for the most daring. Between thrill and wonder, BalancAIR promises a suspended moment you won’t soon forget.

Pricing
- This activity is included in lift tickets, including the Magic Pass.
Access information
- Access is free, but availability is not guaranteed.
- Online booking available: CHF 8.– per person (guaranteed time slot).
- Slots every 10 minutes (activity lasts 6–8 minutes including briefing).
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked time.
Access conditions
- Up to 3 people at the same time (max. 300 kg).
- Accessible to children from 5 years old and 125 cm.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
- Not permitted for pregnant women.
- The installation may close in case of adverse weather conditions.
How to get there
- Panoramic option:
From Villars (main station or Rochegrises station), take the Villars–Bretaye train to the final stop. Upon arrival, walk down a few metres and board the Grand Chamossaire chairlift to reach the summit. The BalancAIR is just a short walk away.
- Sporty option:
Take the Roc d’Orsay gondola from Villars. At the top, follow the trail towards Grand Chamossaire. Approx. 700 m walk with 155 m of positive elevation gain.
