The Auberge de la Cergniaulaz is a friendly, family-run establishment offering relaxed, attentive service to the sound of cowbells from grazing cows in the surrounding pastures.

Easily accessible by public transport, the auberge is located in Orgevaux, on the heights of Montreux, and offers seasonal cuisine. Here, chef Lisa Stucki works with ingredients carefully sourced from local producers to create a menu that includes vegetarian dishes as well as house classics such as rabbit à la tessinoise.
