In an authentic building in Riex, guests can taste a cuisine that reflects our terroir and that changes according to the seasons.
Speaking of typical restaurants Vaudois restaurants called “pintes” (inns), conjures up addresses such as the one in Riex. The café section, with a feel of yesteryear, is full of small tables and chairs quite close to each other, whereas the large, high-ceilinged dining room resounds with the lively discussions of the guests.
Tradition is also given prominent place in the dishes that are prepared with great expertise by Chef Peter Hasler. This former chef at Auberge du Raisin in Cully went from there to here without losing his patrons.
