Located high above Les Mosses village, Charmilles Café is a gourmet destination for hikers.
Charmilles Café is popular with everyone who enjoys good food as well as hikers and nature lovers. From the terrace you get an exceptional view over the mountains : Tornettaz, Tarent, Châtillon, Pic Chaussy, Arpilles and the Gumfluh as well as getting a closeup of the animals which inhabit the territory : horses, cows and chickens.
The café’s menu puts the accent on regional produce, artisanal and homemade dishes served in the traditional cosy setting of an old alpine chalet : fondue, macaroni, local delicatessen and specialities from Etivaz. And for a real treat, you simply should not resist the divine meringues with double cream for dessert !
