Chez Gipsy
From 13 Dec To 07 Dec 2025Chez Gipsy, a large terrace facing the Alps in Gryon, is the perfect place to stop during a day in the open air.
At Chez Gipsy, you can enjoy regional dishes while admiring the breathtaking panorama from the large south-southwest facing terrace.
In summer, Chez Gipsy is accessible by cable car from La Barboleuse, or by road. Numerous hiking and mountain biking tours pass close by, and the restaurant is located on the Diablerets mountain tour.
In winter, the hotel is accessible by cable car from La Barboleuse. You can choose between two alternatives: self-service or table service.
Chez Gipsy is also available to organise private events such as banquets, family meals or seminars.
