Glacier 3000, located at the highest point of the Alpes Vaudoises, is open all year round for winter activities for all!
From the Col du Pillon, Glacier 3000's two cable cars take you to the summit station of Scex Rouge in 15 minutes. This modern building, designed by Swiss architect Mario Botta, offers an impressive panorama of mountains such as the Eiger, Jungfrau and Matterhorn.
At Glacier 3000, skiers of all levels can enjoy the slopes, which are open from October to May! Hikers put on their snowshoes and tread the surface of the glacier as far as the famous Quille du Diable (Devil's Keel). Thrill-seekers can board the Snow Bus, have a blast on the Alpine Coaster (only in summer) or cross the new Peak Walk by Tissot, the only suspension bridge linking two peaks.
- The Glacier Walk may close during the day or open later due to weather conditions. Check opening times at www.glacier3000.ch/openings
