Gourmet hike in the forest of Risoud

Discover one of Europe’s largest forests and terroir products.

Throughout the year, the sports centre of Vallée de Joux offers guided tours to the heart of the huge forest of Risoud. This is the ideal opportunity to discover the many aspects of this natural border between Switzerland and France: fauna, flora, resonance wood, stories of the Résistance, hiking trails and much more...

Midway through the hike, a guide prepares a meal in one of the region’s countless log cabins. You can choose among two options: a fondue or a selection of terroir products.

The hike is adapted to the season and the participants. The tour takes approximately four hours to complete. It can take place during the day or night.
