Grange Neuve Chalet
From 01 May To 31 Oct 2026Located on the Jura Crest Trail at an altitude of 1356m, the Grange Neuve Chalet is open from May to October.
The restaurant - situated between Baulmes and the Aiguillon mountain pass - is accessible by car, or at a 50-minute walk from the summit of the Suchet which offers an inspirational 360° panorama of the Alps, the Jura mountains, the lakes of Geneva, Neuchâtel and Morat, and of the Joux Valley.
Walking paths are accessible to hikers of all levels and MTB enthusiasts use the MTB Jura Bike Trail No. 3. The vast terrace tempts the visitor to take a pleasant break or sample substantial alpine dishes in beautiful surroundings of wooded pastures that are typical of the Jura.
Specialities: Royal cheese crust, fondue, cold plates, meringue, creme cones.
Practical informations
Large on-site parking and access for people with reduced mobility.
