Le Deck

From the elegant terrace-lounge of Le Deck in Chexbres, we gaze upon the pristine waters of Lake Geneva, surrounded by the Alps and the vineyards of Lavaux UNESCO. Attractive as the landscape may be, we would never give up our spots on the ultra-comfortable designer sofas. The terrace of Le Deck is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine made from the neatly aligned vines before our eyes. It comes as no surprise that Le Baron Tavernier is a member of the network of businesses certified by Vaud Œnotourisme.

Next to the terrace is the glassed La Verrerie, where the freshly prepared specialities are served. Fish from the ocean and Lake Geneva stand out on the menu. The chef also puts his extensive know-how into the preparation of perfect meat dishes and deliciously balanced desserts.
