Maison de Ville La Vache Perchée - St-Cergue

The Restaurant Maison de Ville is situated in the center of St-Cergue.

The Maison de Ville provides specialities with meat like beef filet, rib steak of beef, first quality, beef tartare (knife) and fondue Bacchus & chinoise. For fish enthusiast there are perch fillet and salmon receipe. Kids can enjoy with a children's plate.
Tourists and locals can as well enjoy the local cheese specialities from the fruitières de Nyon and from the cheese dairy Mignot in St-George.

During the winter season, enjoy skiing by night at the Village of St-Cergue and taste a delicious fondue in the Restaurant. Ask for the «Forfait Ski nocturne & fondue" at the Tourist Office.
