Mathoulaz Chalet

Located on the slopes of the Suchet at an altitude of 1144 m, the Mathoulaz Chalet is open from the beginning of May to mid-October.

The restaurant, set in a typical Jura wooded pasture, is accessible by car. Hikers can reach it within one hour from the summit of the Suchet, from where they can admire a stunning 360° panorama of the Alps, the Jura and the lakes of Geneva and Neuchâtel. Hiking and walking trails are accessible to families and more serious hikers alike.

Specialities: Three different varieties of tomme cheese with fried ham, various fondues, cheese crests, rösti, vol-au-vent with mushrooms, gourmet coffee.
