Pendulum jump
Tied by a cable, jump into the Gorges du Pissot and let yourself be swung by this giant swing of more than 100 metres!
Situated in the Gorges du Pissot between the Etivaz and Château-d'Œx, this pendulum jump will make your pulse race to the top and will undoubtedly become your greatest thrill!
Once attached to this sort of swing above the canyon where the river La Torneresse flows, don't think any more and jump into the void! The sensation is not the same as bungee jumping. You will feel an acceleration accompanied by a centrifugal force without any shock.
Just before getting back on the footbridge, enjoy the wild nature that lives under your feet! The place is beautiful and impressive at the same time...
Practical informations
Access
The pendulum jump is located directly in front of the parking area. Access to the site is easy and immediate. Spectators can easily watch the jump from this public area. There are no toilets on site. A forest and a hiking trail are located very close by.
A parking area is located between Château-d’Œx and L’Etivaz, in front of the Pissot gorges and the jump site. Address: Bois de Marmottex, 1660 Château-d’Œx. GPS coordinates: 46.447087, 7.119247. Swiss map coordinates: 2’575’461, 1’144’028.
Duration
For one person, the activity lasts approximately 10 minutes. For groups, the time per person is shorter, for example around 30 minutes for 4 people.
Equipment
All necessary equipment is provided, including the briefing and the jump. All types of footwear are accepted. It is even possible to jump barefoot, for example when wearing sandals.
Weather and cancellation
The activity takes place even in rainy weather. Sheltered areas are available on site. There is no refreshment stand, but the organizer always offers something to drink.

The price includes the briefing, the equipment and one jump.
What to bring
Clothing suitable for the weather conditions on site is recommended.
Languages
The activity is offered in French and English.
Period and opening hours
From April 25, 2026 to November 15, 2026. Saturday from 10:00 am to 12:20 pm and Sunday from 10:10 am to 12:30 pm.
Participation requirements
The minimum age is approximately 13 years. Participants must be in good health. The maximum permitted weight is 115 kg.
