The menu card of Anne-Sophie Pic’s recently opened restaurant in Lausanne at the Beau-Rivage Palace includes local products.

The chef works in close collaboration with local producers and craftsmen to compose her menu and spoils guests with combinations of intense flavours.
Large bay windows offer a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva and the French Alps. In the warm season, the tables are set up on the terrace, in the shade of the century-old cedar trees in the 10-acre park.
