Plein Ciel panoramic lift
From 07 Apr To 01 Nov 2026Head to the Plein Ciel tower where you can take in the whole of Lake Geneva, the Jorat forests and the Rhône Valley in one glance.
The Plein Ciel lift whisks visitors up 65 metres above the ground to the top of the telecom tower on Mont-Pèlerin (altitude: 1080 metres), where they can enjoy superb 360° panoramic views. Open from Easter to November, the viewing platform reveals sweeping views encompassing Lake Geneva, the Alps, and the vineyards. It’s a real change of scenery not far from town for those prepared to make a little effort! The tower is a 30-minute walk from the car park and a one-and-a-half-hour walk from Vevey-Mont-Pèlerin funicular station.
The elevator remains closed in case of strong wind or bad weather. Opening and closing information is available on their website.
