The restaurant of "Alpe Fleurie Hôtel et Résidences" is ideally located in the centre of Villars-sur-Ollon, close to the train station and facing the Dents du Midi. Its two beautiful terraces, one to the south and the other to the east, enjoy a pleasant sunshine inviting you to relax while sipping a drink or enjoying a good meal.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, enjoy a gourmet cuisine that varies according to the seasons, with local specialities prepared with local and regional products. The menu also includes more refined preparations.
Thus, dried meat plates, roestis and cheese fondues are served alongside lobster bisque, homemade duck foie gras terrine, Burgundy snails or pan-fried salmon filet. And notwithstandingthe Chateaubriand cut at the table (min. two persons).
