The "Lac des Joncs"

The "Lac des Joncs", situated above Les Paccots, is a very deep mountain lake and is more than 5000 years old.

This lake is protected and registered in the national inventory of batrachians reproduction sites. Several rare and endangered vegetal and animal species live in this protected area.

Walk : 30 minutes. Starting point : Auberge du Lac des Joncs.
A wood shaving covered path leads along the lake and educational boards inform you on the specificity of this natural site. Two giant board games invite you for amusing games !
