Tomme fleurette
A delicacy of the Pays-d’Enhaut region, Rougemont’s tomme fleurette will delight all lovers of soft cheeses.
Tomme fleurette is an exclusive recipe of the Rougemont dairy. This little soft cheese is characterised by a delicate white rind and a flavour reminiscent of the alpine pastures and is best eaten chilled, as an aperitif or after a meal.
The Rougemont dairy is supplied by 30 milk producers whose cows graze in the natural meadows and alpine pastures of Pays-d’Enhaut.
Specialised in soft cheeses using raw cow’s milk or goat’s milk, this dairy also offers other products which are well worth trying: Rubloz, Délice de Rougemont and Chevreau, amongst other delicious treats. But Tomme Fleurette is its best known product, having received many prizes and awards. All these products bear the “Pays-d'Enhaut, Produits Authentiques” label, guaranteeing artisan production and regional provenance.
