From November 30 to December 2 2023, nearly 100 “pintes vaudoises” join together to let you (re)discover the authenticity of their welcome and the local products of Vaud. They offer a typical Vaud menu for only 20 CHF.
The menu : Gruyère AOP fondue, IGP dry sausage, bread or potatoes and a shot of white wine.
What is a "pinte" ?
Typical for the canton of Vaud, a “pinte” is a traditional pub or tavern, where you can enjoy local specialties, usually accompanied by a glass of Chasselas, the king of the Vaudois white grape varieties.
Advance booking in the restaurant of your choice is recommended.
