Welcome to l'Abbaye de Salaz
The activities of the Estate run from cereal and cattle farming to viticulture and winemaking on the Estate. We also have banquet facilities. Built about a thousand years ago, l’Abbaye de Salaz is a venue of choice! The food served here by the owners is made with local produce, such as their succulent beef, and is accompanied by the Estate wines.
Enjoy a visit of the wine cellar with the grower, explaining everything about the Estate and winemaking. The visit ends on a pleasant note as you may taste 4 of the Estates's vintages and the winemaker offers you a bottle that worth CHF 15 of his production to take home.
