The hotel has straight access to the M2 metro station, with direct connections to the city centre and the lakeside area in a few minutes.

The hotel complex has 143 spacious rooms, a restaurant with terrace, a conference centre to seat 300, 2 flexible meeting rooms divided into 4 rooms (15-150 seats), 2 smaller meeting rooms (6-8 seats), a parking and, soon, a gym & spa. In 2017, the platform AQUATIS will inaugurate the Aquarium / Vivarium & The Water City.
