Auberge Communale has 13 GaultMillau points and offers dishes that are half-way between Swiss traditions and southern flavours.

Auberge Communale is in a beautiful building in the heart of Belmont, a couple of miles from Lausanne and near the Lavaux UNESCO vineyards.

Mehdi and Kathleen Lang, who are originally from southern France, have adapted perfectly to the Lavaux wine region and especially to the typically Swiss brasserie dishes. Added to this traditional cuisine are a few southern flavours and the renown stemming from the 13 GaultMillau points awarded by the guide.
