The warm atmosphere of a "pinte" (traditional restaurant), the terrace with a majestic view over the Lavaux vineyards, the lake and the Alps, without forgetting the typical Vaudois semi-gourmet cuisine: all these elements come together for a moment of relaxation and enjoyment of the food.
On the menu: skilfully-made brewery dishes with a regional touch, including Vaudois sausage with lentils, fried Vaudois cheese and of course fish from Lake Geneva! Crayfish, fera and the famous perch filets all delight with their fine and light flavours.
With such a name, the Auberge du Vigneron of course pays homage to the local wines with its wonderful wine list and wine parties regularly organised with producers from the Lavaux UNESCO region.
