Meat lovers will enjoy beef tartare and cured meat platters, while vegetarian options include delicious salads. Just a five-minute walk from the hut, the summit of Mont-Chesau offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Alps, Lake Geneva, and the Jura Mountains.
