The Domaine du Plessis offers different grape varieties such as chasselas, gamay, pinot noir, gamaret, garanoir and chardonnay. Spread over 26 hectares, the vineyard is an old converted farm. The plots are the property of the Bolle family and are spread over two parcels, Clos du Plessis and Clos Rochette.
