Come and enjoy the "Fitness 360" at the Villars Sports Centre to stay in shape or to excel!
The Fitness 360 in Villars is located next to the ice rink and the Bains de Villars. Several rooms are equipped with professional weight training equipment.
Classes are held every day at the Villars fitness centre. Whatever your fitness goals, you'll find the class that's right for you:
- Circuit Training: a training programme consisting of changing workshops regularly and repeatedly to optimise calorie expenditure and muscle rest
- Body Pump: a fitness class designed to strengthen all the muscles in a pre-choreographed way
- Spinning: a high-intensity indoor cycling class that is shock-free and gentle on the joints
- Stretching: stabilises deep muscles while providing flexibility and strength
- CAF-FAB: muscle-strengthening class targeting thighs-arms-abdos-buttocks
- Aqua Circuit: a fun aquatic circuit for exercising in a fun way
- Aqua Bike: cycling in the water to slim your figure while looking after your joints
- Aqua Gym: aquatic training in shallow water to build physical resistance, all in a relaxed atmosphere
- Pilates: a fitness programme that focuses on balance, flexibility and muscle strengthening, with particular attention paid to breathing
- Yoga: whatever your level of flexibility or age, yoga is a practice open to all, bringing serenity and balance to your daily life
Registration for classes via the Technogym application. If you register without a Technogym login, please contact the fitness centre directly by e-mail at info-fitness360@villars.ch or by telephone on +41 24 495 12 21.
- On Tuesdays and Thursdays between 7am and 9am, the fitness centre is only open to season ticket holders and on request. Ticket holders wishing to access the site from 7am must submit a written request to: info-cds@villars.ch. The request must be received 2 days in advance.
Label
- Fitness 360 is Qualitop certified, a quality label for physical exercise and health promotion. This certification means that many health insurance companies will cover part of your fitness membership.
Reduced rates
- 10% discount applies for students, AHV, IV on presentation of proof
Carte Bienvenue and Carte Fidélité
- 20% discount all year round at Fitness 360
Magnetic bracelet
- A magnetic bracelet gives you access to the baths. A deposit of CHF 10 in cash is required in addition to the entrance fee.
