In the heart of the village of Rougemont, Fromagerie Fleurette transforms raw milk from mountain-raised cows every day to create artisanal cheeses with delicate, floral flavours. Its emblematic cheese, Tomme Fleurette, is a soft cheese with a bloomy rind, widely recognised and repeatedly awarded at the Swiss Cheese Awards, appreciated for its balanced aroma and melting texture.
The dairy also offers a varied range of local specialities such as La Dzorette, matured with fir needles, the K-Ré refined with Dézaley grape pomace, as well as traditional dairy products like butter and yogurts. All products are made from non-silage mountain milk, reflecting the botanical richness of alpine pastures and regional know-how.
