Lavey-les-Bains thermal spa
From 01 Jan To 31 Dec 2026The Thermal Baths Les Bains de Lavey is home to the hottest spring in Switzerland, with a temperature of 62°C.
Les Bains de Lavey is a true haven of peace and absolute relaxation, where thermal water unfolds all its benefits. Inside and outside, three huge pools of beneficial thermal water await you. The water, naturally heated to between 33 and 36°C, offers an unique relaxation experience. Located at the foot of the Alpes Vaudoises, the Lavey Baths offer a splendid view of the surrounding landscapes and wooded cliffs.
Following recent renovations, you can now enjoy new wellness experiences thanks to the new indoor areas. The various saunas, hammams and relaxation rooms have been redesigned to offer visitors a moment of pure bliss. The play of light, natural textures and controlled heat create an enveloping atmosphere, conducive to unwinding.
The Hammam Area
Let yourself be enveloped by the soothing heat and humidity of the new hammams. Discover five themed steam baths with subtle scents, two of which feature waterfalls.
The Sauna Area
Enjoy a moment of relaxation in our sauna area, designed to regenerate the body and soothe the mind. Tropical sauna with saline air, Nordic or naturist saunas, gentle heat bio sauna: enjoy a variety of benefits, then recharge your batteries in the Polar Area with our 10°C pool. Opposite the tropical sauna is our snow rock, ideal for cooling off!
The Polar Zone
After the heat, enjoy the invigorating experience of the Polar Zone. Between the sparkling ice wall, the icy mist and the invigorating pool, this thermal contrast provides an immediate feeling of vitality and stimulates the senses.
Rest areas
Extend your moment of relaxation in our new rest areas. Each new space offers a unique atmosphere... The Jetlag Area with heated water mattresses, light therapy and aromatherapy, the Infrared & Salt Area, hanging chairs and a Zen atmosphere... Everything you need to soothe your body and mind.
Modernised pools
The indoor pool and small outdoor pool have also been completely redesigned. Relax on the bubble chairs, stimulate your senses with the central geyser or massage jets, and immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere with our brand new underwater music system.

- Admission time: maximum three hours
- Last admission: one hour before closing time
Further information
- Children are accepted from the age of four (proof of age required). Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and remain under that person's responsibility.
- Swimming costumes must be worn.
Exceptional opening times
- On public holidays (excluding school holidays), the site closes at 9pm.
