Le Buffet de la Gare of Gryon
From 12 Dec To 31 Oct 2025The Buffet de la Gare attracts guests with traditional cuisine and a beautiful panoramic terrace.
Buffet de la Gare offers an excellent menu with a choice of traditional meals such as cheese fondue, meat fondue, a selection of pasta but also other specialties like Asian-style sautéed shrimps, shanks of lamb with honey and thyme and the Buffet "SuperBurger”.
The restaurant regularly organizes themed evenings such as “mussels with fries” that are reputed well beyond the village. The dining room (seating 50) is ideal for family meals, business meals, romantic dinners, or any other good occasion.
The bistro-carnotzet (20 seats) and its warm and friendly decoration attract fans of cheese dishes. Expanded in 2013, the terrace boasts a splendid view towards the south-east offering a panorama from the Diablerets massif, Grand Muveran, Dent de Morcles to Dents du Midi.
There are also two bedrooms with double beds for anyone wishing to spend the night.
