L'Etoile Blanche
From 01 Jan 2026 To 31 Dec 2025The Etoile Blanche is a relaxed, friendly bar-restaurant situated in the heart of Lausanne.
Here you can drink draft beer and feast upon a good burger, but also discover the chef’s cuisine or enjoy brunch. Over the course of the evening, the terrace overflows with people and DJs take to the decks.
This establishment has been awarded the “ Café historique de Lausanne ” label established by the city of Lausanne in 2021. Iconic café of the city centre, housed in a building of the Saint-Pierre neighbourhood dating back to 1939 that presents a strong urban mark.
