The Restaurant du Mont-de-Baulmes is a lively place in summer. It welcomes many hikers on their way to the Aiguilles de Baulmes. Next to the restaurant is a belvedere offering one of the finest panoramas of the Jura massif, stretching from Lake Neuchâtel to Lake Geneva, with the Alps in the background.

Open from mid-April to the end of October, the Restaurant du Mont-de-Baulmes welcomes you 6 days a week, and every day in July and August, to enjoy their famous cheese doughnuts and other typical culinary specialities.
