1 étoile Michelin The village of Ollon spreads between vineyards and mountains. The terroir cuisine served at the restaurant de l’Hôtel-de-Ville reflects this setting.
Taken over in April 2022 by Audrey Feutren-Halgand, head pastry chef, and Grégory Halgand, head chef, the restaurant at the Hôtel de Ville in Ollon offers tasty cuisine. The dishes on the à la carte menu change with the seasons, depending on what's available and when it arrives.
In a village bistro atmosphere, the café and terrace offer brasserie-style dishes for lunch and dinner. Gastronomic dishes are served in the dining room in the evening, from Thursday to Sunday.
For weddings, birthdays or any other gathering of friends, the Salle du Juge de Paix can accommodate private parties for 15 to 20 people.
For children, à la carte dishes are free up to the age of 3 and priced according to age up to 9.
The Hôtel de Ville d'Ollon, an imposing building with green shutters, also offers seven comfortable rooms.
