On reading the slate hanging at the back of the dining room, gourmets discover the suggestions of the chef Romain Lécuyer which vary according to the weeks and seasons. In the café or in the dining room, for lunch or dinner, there’s a dish full of freshness awaiting them, featuring quality products embellished with aromatic plants and spices from here and abroad.
The restaurant (14 points GM), with its large parking area, is situated outside Yverdon-les-Bains in the commune of Montagny, a few kilometres from the capital of the Nord vaudois.
