Vallorbe Auberge Communale

In a modern setting by the river, the Auberge Communale serves a variety of seasonal cuisine.

The Auberge Communale has a room for every occasion. Business meetings, special occasions. Brasserie seating for 40, dining room for 80, banqueting room for 330, 2 seminar rooms for 50 and, to top it all off, a 65-seat terrace ideally located on the banks of the River Orbe, with ample parking.

Wheelchair accessible, close to public transport. The menu changes with the seasons. To tempt your taste buds, asparagus in spring, a festival of salads in summer, various hunting specialities and brisolée in autumn. Vallorbe trout, whole or filleted, is a speciality all year round. The menu is renewed regularly.
