Läderach – Swiss chocolatier

Shop and exhibition : two ways of discovering the Swiss art of chocolate-making.

Fresh chocolate lies at the heart of Läderach’s expertise. The most aromatic cocoa beans are sourced from around the world and transformed exclusively in Switzerland. The chocolates are then refined in the company’s own chocolate manufactory using the finest ingredients. The boutique offers a wide selection of fresh chocolates, pralines, truffles, snacks and seasonal specialties.

An exhibition dedicated to chocolate completes the experience, tracing the journey of cocoa from the tropical growing regions to the chocolate factory, following the concept “from bean to bar to you”. It presents the daily life of cocoa producers, the transformation of cocoa beans into liquid chocolate, and the specialties that are still handcrafted in the manufactory.
