If history serves any purpose, it is to open our eyes.
“If history serves any purpose, it is to open our eyes” is an exhibition that brings to life the memory of a remarkable man, “Charlot,” the artist's grandfather, through various art forms. This project offers an immersion in powerful and timeless messages, often forgotten in the turmoil of current events. Each work invites visitors to discover Charlot's personal history, while prompting broader reflection on the role of memory and history in today's world. Set in the historic surroundings of the Château de L'Isle, this exhibition is an invitation to encounter and discover a precious legacy that is still vibrant and emotionally charged.Opening reception on Saturday, October 4, from 2 to 7 p.m.
